Everthing for short term rental or vacation rental is two bedrooms, two baths, fully furnished and equipped with washer, dryer, cleaning products, dishes, linens, etc, etc, etc.  It is just like staying in a 5 Star Hotel.  Each have a one car garage, telephone, cable, highspeed internet access, access to Water Valley Country Club, golf club, and a private pool.

The location of these condos is just a few miles off I-25 north of Denver. We are  50 minutes from the Denver International Airport and about 10 minutes to Fort Collins and 5 minutes to Loveland, Colorado.

The surrounding amenities include fabulous restaurants and a huge new outdoor mall within 5 minutes.  Walking and bike trails are just outside the condo front door for miles and miles.
